About this role
Anthropic seeks a Software Engineer to architect and build an AI-native educational platform that delivers learning experiences about Claude at scale. You'll design enterprise-ready systems for content delivery, assessment, and credentialing while partnering with educators to shape what AI-driven learning can become.
What you'll do
- Architect enterprise education platform with authentication, learner data models, content delivery, credentialing, and progress tracking
- Own technical vision for AI-driven educational experiences and determine product direction alongside pedagogical needs
- Build AI-augmented pipelines for content generation, real-time adaptation, assessment, and quality assurance
- Design platform capabilities enabling adaptive learning paths, competency-based progression, and AI-evaluated skill demonstrations
- Interface with security, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure systems meet organizational standards
- Create abstractions enabling non-engineers to configure and extend educational experiences without engineering bottlenecks
