About this role
Aeva seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to drive the development and lifecycle management of next-generation 4D LiDAR sensors. You'll ensure compliance with automotive standards including ASPICE, ISO 26262 functional safety, and ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity while maintaining rigorous requirements traceability and systems engineering rigor.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation and work products for ASPICE compliance
- Implement functional safety processes aligned with ISO 26262 standards
- Establish and enforce cybersecurity requirements per ISO/SAE 21434
- Manage requirements traceability throughout product lifecycle
- Conduct systems analysis to verify design adherence to automotive standards
- Support sensor product development from concept through production
