About this role

A rapidly growing manufacturing organization seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer 3 to optimize production processes, systems, and operations. This role encompasses MRP system management, process development, tooling design, and workflow efficiency improvements in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes across supply chain and business systems
Develop manufacturing processes by researching methods and collaborating with equipment vendors
Design and implement production floor tooling and equipment layouts
Analyze workflow and space requirements to enhance manufacturing efficiency
Create testing protocols and work instructions to ensure product and process quality
Calculate production costs and prepare analytical reports on manufacturing trends

CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks preferred) and manufacturing simulation tools
MRP system experience
Mechanical and electrical drawing interpretation
