About this role

Agile Defense seeks an intermediate Power Platform Developer to design and maintain custom Power Apps, SharePoint Online solutions, and Power Automate workflows for an Army modernization initiative at Redstone Arsenal. The role involves full-stack development from requirements gathering through deployment, with opportunities to expand technical skills across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

What you'll do

  • Develop custom Power Apps and automate business processes using Power Automate and SharePoint Online
  • Administer SharePoint Online environments, manage site permissions, create new sites, and troubleshoot user issues
  • Perform application maintenance, respond to customer issues, and deploy solutions to production
  • Conduct development testing, gather functional requirements from stakeholders, and implement bug fixes
  • Monitor system performance and participate in Army Center of Excellence groups
  • Research and evaluate new Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint Framework and Power BI capabilities
