About this role
Help develop an AI co-facilitator system designed to enhance pediatric group therapy by managing session logistics, pacing, and documentation while ensuring therapists maintain control and quieter children get more opportunities to participate.
What you'll do
- Design and develop voice-first AI features for group therapy facilitation
- Build systems to track participation and ensure equitable engagement
- Create documentation and structured session management tools
- Collaborate with pediatric behavioral health clinicians on clinical requirements
- Ensure therapists retain full control and oversight of the AI system
- Test and refine the co-facilitator experience with real group therapy scenarios
