About this role

AirOps seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, configuring and scaling AI search growth playbooks on the AirOps platform. You'll bridge customer needs with product capabilities, drive measurable outcomes, and feed field insights back to shape the platform and delivery motion.

What you'll do

  • Partner with enterprise customers to translate AI search and growth goals into executable delivery plans with measurable results
  • Configure, adapt, and scale AirOps playbooks across customer accounts to establish repeatable patterns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams
  • Monitor performance data, identify trends, and communicate recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collect and synthesize field feedback to improve the platform, customer experience, and future playbooks
  • Own end-to-end customer outcomes and drive expansion opportunities
