About this role

Akuity is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to serve as a frontline advocate for customers deploying Argo and GitOps solutions on Kubernetes. You'll troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, build support processes, and contribute to documentation while developing deep expertise in the Argo ecosystem.

What you'll do

  • Provide multi-channel technical support to open-source users and enterprise customers via chat, forums, GitHub, and phone
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to Kubernetes, Argo CD, and GitOps workflows
  • Identify patterns in support tickets and escalate architectural issues to the engineering team
  • Build and refine support playbooks, processes, and systems for scalability
  • Improve product documentation and knowledge resources to enhance customer self-service
  • Develop deep technical expertise in GitOps, Argo projects, and Akuity's platform offerings
