About this role

Forward-Deployed Engineers at Alex own the technical delivery of AI recruiting deployments for enterprise customers. You'll design custom hiring workflows, integrate with various applicant tracking systems, run onboarding and production support, and serve as the technical voice connecting customer needs back to the product team.

What you'll do

  • Design and build customer-specific hiring workflows including triggers, filters, interview guides, and ATS actions
  • Build and maintain integrations with ~20 applicant tracking systems and related HR platforms
  • Lead technical onboarding including connection setup, permissions, job import, field mapping, and go-live coordination
  • Own production deployments: diagnose customer and candidate issues to root cause, build monitoring and alerting
  • Identify product gaps across multiple deployments and communicate evidenced cases to product engineering
