About this role

What you'll do
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation for structural repairs and alterations
- Review and classify repairs as major or minor, ensuring proper substantiation
- Coordinate with OEM and FAA to obtain approvals for repairs and modifications
- Create substantiation reports justifying design decisions for alterations and repairs
- Travel to MRO facilities and maintenance bases to train personnel and survey aircraft
- Communicate with OEM representatives to resolve structural issues and obtain technical guidance
