About this role

ALTEN Technology USA seeks a Jr. ADAS Validation Engineer to execute test procedures validating Advanced Driver Assistance Systems performance on vehicles at the Chelsea Proving Ground facility. The role combines hands-on vehicle testing, data collection, electrical troubleshooting, and instrumentation work to support autonomous vehicle development.

What you'll do

  • Execute ADAS validation test procedures on client and benchmark vehicles
  • Drive test vehicles and collect performance data during validation activities
  • Install instrumentation, remove camouflage, and prepare vehicles for testing
  • Troubleshoot vehicle electrical systems, clear faults, and reset/flash modules using diagnostic tools
  • Process and analyze collected data using post-processing tools like MATLAB or LabVIEW
  • Compile and document test results and findings
