About this role

ALTEN Technology USA seeks a Junior Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer to support aircraft production operations in Mobile, Alabama. You'll manage production nonconformities, maintain SAP documentation, provide technical support to manufacturing teams, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

What you'll do

  • Manage production nonconformities including rework, concessions, scrap, and corrective actions
  • Create and maintain SAP records and production documentation
  • Review and update Standard Operating Instructions, Routine Verification Plans, and Quality Log Book entries
  • Provide technical support to Production and Quality teams on engineering drawings, processes, and specifications
  • Monitor aircraft open points and coordinate cross-functional action plans
  • Identify and implement process improvements for safety, quality, cost, and delivery
