Sales Engineer

About this role

Altruist seeks a Solutions Engineer in Dallas to support registered investment advisors (RIAs) through the full sales and implementation lifecycle. You'll leverage deep platform expertise and RIA operations knowledge to design technology solutions, lead implementations, and enable smooth transitions as firms adopt and expand on the Altruist platform.

What you'll do

• Support high-value RIA sales opportunities from discovery through close by providing technical expertise and consultative guidance
• Conduct discovery sessions with RIA stakeholders to assess current technology stacks, workflows, and operational pain points
• Design target-state technology architectures centered on Altruist with integrated third-party systems (CRM, accounting, planning, etc.)
• Deliver customized demos and presentations tailored to RIA workflows like trading, rebalancing, billing, and digital onboarding
• Lead and support implementations, integrations, and advisor enablement to ensure smooth adoption and efficiency
• Develop and maintain comprehensive expertise in Altruist platform capabilities and ecosystem integrations
