About this role
Ambrook, a Series B fintech for family-run businesses, seeks a Design Engineer to accelerate growth by building high-quality marketing surfaces, landing pages, and activation flows. You'll own the marketing design system, ship craft-focused work, and enable rapid experimentation across the funnel while maintaining a high visual and interaction bar.
What you'll do
- Design and build growth surfaces (marketing site, landing pages, checkout, activation flows) end-to-end
- Create and maintain a marketing design system that enables the team to move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Partner with marketing, sales, product ops, and customer success to drive business outcomes
- Run discovery calls and gather feedback from agricultural producers to inform design decisions
- Instrument and measure results from growth experiments to close the data loop
- Mentor team on visual and interaction standards while shipping examples of high-craft work
