About this role
AnaVation seeks an experienced Test Engineer to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for a mission-critical program at Quantico, VA. You'll perform manual and automated testing, manage defect tracking, and collaborate with operational teams to ensure quality and reliability before deployment.

- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases aligned with operational requirements
- Perform manual and automated testing across multiple environments and scenarios
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues throughout the testing lifecycle
- Develop and maintain testing scripts and automation tools
- Collaborate with end-users and technical teams to validate system functionality
- Report testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders
