What you'll do
- Own production metrics and KPIs including cycle time, throughput, capacity, utilization, and first pass yield
- Design new production lines and workstations using value stream mapping and line balancing techniques
- Create dashboards and reports to communicate manufacturing health across the organization
- Identify production constraints and bottlenecks; drive cross-functional resolution with supply chain, engineering, and quality
- Provide manufacturing signals to inform engineering cut-in dates, supply chain procurement, and growth contracting decisions
