About this role
Anduril Industries seeks Flight Software Engineer Interns to contribute to the development of advanced autonomous systems and defense technology. You'll work in flight software, guidance/navigation/control, or modeling/simulation alongside industry experts during a 12-week summer 2027 internship in Costa Mesa, California.
What you'll do
- Assist in designing and developing flight software algorithms, GNC systems, or simulation models
- Participate in integration and testing of software/hardware components in lab, ground, and flight tests
- Analyze data from simulations and flight tests to drive system improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve engineering challenges and enhance performance
- Engage in creative problem-solving for autonomous unmanned systems and missile technologies
