About this role
Anduril seeks a Chief Engineer for Electronic Warfare to lead the technical vision and architecture of an advanced airborne survivability program. You'll direct multidisciplinary engineering teams in designing next-generation EW systems, managing cross-functional coordination, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms.
What you'll do
- Serve as chief engineer and technical authority for Electronic Warfare systems design and implementation
- Direct design of system, sub-system, and advanced algorithms for EW capabilities
- Coordinate across engineering disciplines to define, capture, and execute system requirements
- Partner with production, maintenance, and field operations to improve reliability and enable platform integration
- Align product architecture with broader technology roadmap and drive engineering standardization
- Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams through program milestones

- Electronic Warfare systems and Software Defined Radio (SDR) design
- FPGA, ARM, x86, and GPU compute architecture development
- Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Counter Measures (ECM)
- Digital Signal Processing and RF/antenna design
- Integration & Test of RF hardware in lab and field environments
- Cross-functional team leadership and program coordination
- Technical milestone execution (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR)
