About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an Electrical Test Engineer to oversee production testing of advanced defense systems, ensuring stringent quality standards are met. You'll develop test automation solutions, troubleshoot complex infrared systems, and collaborate across engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
What you'll do
- Own test activities in production, troubleshoot infrared systems issues, and ensure production test flow
- Maintain test capabilities across manufacturing value stream from system-level checkouts to component validation
- Develop test automation software, data analytics tools, and report generation systems
- Create test work instructions and train technicians on equipment use
- Perform root cause analysis on product failures and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams on customer returns and failure analysis
