Electrical Test Engineer
About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an Electrical Test Engineer to oversee test operations for electromagnetic warfare systems in a defense manufacturing environment. You'll develop and optimize testing processes, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and collaborate across engineering teams to ensure production quality and throughput while supporting continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Own test activities in production, troubleshoot electrical issues, and resolve test failures
- Maintain and improve test systems across the manufacturing value stream to enhance automation and reduce cycle time
- Create test work instructions and train technicians on equipment use and MES procedures
- Perform root cause and corrective action analysis (RCCA) for product failures
- Analyze test data, document results, and provide reports identifying defects and improvement opportunities
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by contributing feedback to early-stage test design
