Radio Frequency Test Engineer
About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an Electrical Test Engineer to oversee RF and electromagnetic warfare system testing in manufacturing. You'll develop test strategies, troubleshoot complex failures, improve automation and throughput, and collaborate across engineering teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
What you'll do
- Own production test flow, troubleshoot electrical issues, and maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream
- Improve existing test systems for automation, consistency, cycle time, and test coverage
- Create test work instructions and train technicians on equipment usage within MES
- Perform root cause analysis, develop failure mode documentation, and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze test data and provide reports identifying defects and improvement areas
- Support NPI early-stage test design and collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams

- LabVIEW and test automation programming
- Linux/Ubuntu and NixOS operating systems
- Electronics test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, data acquisition)
- PCBA testing standards and methodologies
- Root cause failure analysis (RCCA)
- MES, PLM, and TES system experience
- RF/electromagnetic systems knowledge
- Cross-functional communication and documentation
