About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced EMI/EMC Test Engineer to join the Air Dominance & Strike team in Costa Mesa, designing and validating electromagnetic compatibility solutions for advanced defense electronic systems. You'll lead testing efforts, drive rapid product maturation through rigorous qualification, and ensure compliance with military and industry standards across complex platforms.

What you'll do

  • Lead EMI/EMC testing and analysis on complex electronic systems and components for defense applications
  • Drive product maturity through rapid prototyping, design verification, and qualification activities
  • Innovate and implement advanced EMC solutions and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational integrity
  • Document testing methodologies, results, and recommendations for compliance reporting
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of electromagnetic interference issues in fielded systems
