About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Laser/Camera Test Engineer to own testing operations for advanced defense systems, ensuring high-quality laser and infrared product validation. You'll develop test automation, troubleshoot complex systems, and collaborate across engineering teams to improve testing efficiency and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Manage production test flow and hands-on troubleshooting of infrared and laser systems
- Create test work instructions and train technician teams on equipment operation
- Develop and maintain test automation software, data analytics tools, and report generation systems
- Perform root cause analysis on product failures and recommend corrective actions
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by contributing feedback on early-stage test design
- Optimize test strategies to reduce cycle time while maintaining quality standards
