About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to design and deploy automated manufacturing systems across its defense technology facilities. You'll drive process automation from concept through production, optimizing throughput, quality, and cost while supporting high-rate manufacturing at scale.
What you'll do
- Develop automated production solutions in partnership with design and manufacturing teams
- Drive design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA) using automation fundamentals
- Conduct automation audits to identify improvement opportunities in throughput, quality, and safety
- Design, specify, and validate tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment
- Manage manufacturing process improvement and automation projects
- Provide technical support and training to production teams on new processes and equipment
