Manufacturing Engineer, New Product Introduction (NPI), Sentry

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead New Product Introduction efforts for defense hardware systems, transitioning electromechanical products from prototype to high-volume production while optimizing design, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.

What you'll do

• Transition electromechanical products from prototype to production, optimizing design for manufacturability and supply chain scalability
• Own portions of the manufacturing value chain for complex products, including process design and implementation
• Lead installation of new manufacturing systems and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder communication
• Develop process flows and documentation including work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements
• Partner with contract manufacturers across PCBA, metallic, and assembly disciplines to develop repeatable processes
• Travel to suppliers for sourcing, problem-solving, and quality procedure implementation
