Wizards is looking for someone who is a world-class leader of platform and cloud security, with a focus on securing AI workloads. You will be partnering closely with other enterprise and platform teams to lead how we secure our developer and AI platforms across the company. This person needs to be able to understand how to interact with and handle partner expectations while balancing security, ease of use, and broadest impact across the company. The developers on the team use heavy research based development to find the best solutions and mix of technologies in the rapidly growing field of AI.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver operational security procedures for testing, validating, and securing cloud and AI workloads
• Run red teaming process for agentic, LLM, and machine learning solutions
• Partner with security team on internal tools, processes, and validation procedures for AI and developer products
• Run red-team processes for AI workloads
• Build out our automated software review/patch/remediation processes
• Partner with internal teams to build our next level secure developer platform

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years in driving cloud security
• Experience deploying AI SaaS tools, AI cloud workloads
• Deep knowledge of what good SDLC patterns look like
• Experience with managing and deploying organizational cloud solutions
• Thoughtful leadership fostering collaboration and mutual support

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.

Pay Range$163,000—$244,600 USD
