At Wizards, we build high-value, high impact solutions for automation and AI use by developers across our enterprise in each business unit. We work closely with internal partners to build solutions and platforms that they are asking for and interested in using in their daily work. We approach solutions without mandating adoption but creating best in class tools that developers want to use. We are looking for a versatile and dedicated Senior AI Developer who focuses on delivering end to end solutions for our platforms.

What You'll Do

• Work with internal teams to implement AI technologies in our tools and products
• Deliver automation and AI software to create best in class solutions for our partners
• Assist in building automation solutions for enterprise SaaS solutions
• Work with internal developer teams to build out a consistent developer platform
• Work on low code developer solutions using AI for non-developers

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years developing and deploying production scale cloud solutions; or equivalent experience.
• Experience with prompt engineering and agent-based workflows for large language models.
• Proficiency with two or more of Python, Typescript, CDK, SAP, GitHub, GitLab, AWS
• Deep understanding of modern SDLC processes and procedures for cloud solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS Bedrock or SageMaker AI for agentic solutions
• Deployment of AI and automation workloads for enterprise software solutions
• Experience with handling required settings in cloud accounts for deployed architecture

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.

Pay Range$144,100—$216,100 USD
