About this role

What you'll do
- Design and optimize manual assembly processes for high-volume, low-mix production environments
- Develop comprehensive work instructions and process documentation with visual aids
- Engineer and optimize dispensing operations for adhesives, sealants, and thermal materials
- Provide lineside production support and resolve process deviations in real-time
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support new product introductions and participate in design reviews for manufacturability
