About this role
SharkNinja seeks a Test Engineer to join the New Product Quality Team in Needham, MA, driving continuous improvement across product quality and consumer satisfaction. You'll analyze field failures, coordinate corrective actions, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure products exceed expectations pre- and post-launch.
What you'll do
- Analyze customer complaints and field failures to identify root causes and drive corrective actions
- Coordinate and track corrective actions, follow-ups, and detailed quality reporting across teams
- Lead design reviews (DFMEA, safety reviews) and ensure quality requirements are met in manufacturing
- Collaborate with suppliers on 8D responses and corrective action investigations
- Monitor consumer experience trends and product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Present product health insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
