What you'll do
- Design and optimize manual assembly processes for high-volume, low-mix production environments
- Develop comprehensive manufacturing work instructions and process documentation with visual aids
- Engineer and optimize dispensing operations for adhesives, sealants, and thermal materials
- Provide lineside production support, addressing process deviations and maintaining production flow
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve processes
- Collaborate with design engineering, quality, and production teams on manufacturability and new product introductions
