Manufacturing Test Engineer, Connected Warfare
About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer for their Connected Warfare division to design, implement, and optimize testing systems for defense command and control products scaling into production. You will own test operations across the manufacturing floor, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, improve automation and test coverage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
What you'll do
- Own and maintain test activities in production, ensuring test flow and resolving complex electrical issues during testing
- Develop and maintain test capabilities from system-level acceptance testing to component-level in-process validation
- Improve automation, consistency, cycle time, and test coverage across existing test systems
- Create test work instructions and train technicians; develop failure mode libraries and troubleshooting guides
- Perform root cause analysis on product failures and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze test data, document results, and collaborate with design and quality teams on product improvements

- Python, LabVIEW, and/or MATLAB for data analysis
- Electronics test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, data acquisition)
- High-voltage safety protocols (208V 3-phase, 480V)
- Root cause and failure analysis (RCCA)
- PLM, MES, and TES systems
- Integration of electrical, mechanical, and software/firmware systems
- Technical documentation and communication
