About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an NX CAD Support Engineer to establish and maintain the Siemens NX CAD environment for engineering and manufacturing teams. You'll provide technical support, manage helpdesk tickets, configure CAD systems, and mentor users while ensuring reliability and compliance with security standards.

What you'll do

  • Develop, implement, and optimize Siemens NX CAD environment including templates, customization, and role-based configurations
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for CAD/PLM software issues and manage helpdesk ticket queue in Jira Service Desk
  • Onboard new hires by setting up CAD workstations, user accounts, and software permissions
  • Create and maintain user-facing documentation and internal knowledge base articles
  • Lead training sessions and mentor engineering teams; serve as primary escalation point for NX-related issues
  • Coordinate CAD/PLM improvement projects with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and external vendors
