About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Development Process Engineer to design and implement hardware development workflows, standards, and tools across their defense technology organization. You'll establish scalable processes, maintain engineering standards, and drive adoption of development best practices across multiple hardware product lines.

What you'll do

  • Define and maintain hardware product development process architecture including design review gates and production readiness criteria
  • Own the central engineering standards repository covering design standards, analysis standards, and product maturity framework
  • Collaborate with tools development team to build and iterate on the PDP toolset for cross-functional users
  • Partner with engineering and program leadership to align on best practices for design, test, and milestone entry/exit criteria
  • Create process workflows, user guides, and standard operating procedures for engineering teams
  • Lead process rollouts across departments including training, kickoffs, and stakeholder alignment
