About this role

Anduril is seeking a Product Quality Engineer to establish and execute quality processes for Intelligence Systems products, ensuring reliability across the product lifecycle from design through manufacturing and field deployment. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to drive product maturity, supply chain stability, and high-rate manufacturing while eliminating quality risks in complex defense systems.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement quality processes including verification, validation, and qualification activities for products, parts, and sub-assemblies
  • Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and material review board activities to resolve production ambiguities and field performance issues
  • Champion the transition from new product introduction to sustainable, high-rate manufacturing with predictable quality outcomes
  • Establish quality metrics and conduct product health data analysis to measure performance and predict quality trends
  • Work cross-functionally to define product roadmaps and ensure compliance with product and process requirements
  • Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and lead investigations at team or organizational level
