Product Sourcing Engineer, Electromagnetic Warfare

This role involves managing supplier relationships and overseeing product lifecycle cost management while collaborating with various teams to enhance product development and manufacturing efficiency.

What you'll do

• Select suppliers for products using the approved supplier list
• Partner with suppliers to expedite product development
• Develop and consolidate manufacturing BOMs
• Manage CAPEX throughout new product introduction
• Conduct value-stream mapping for supply chain optimization
• Lead cost engineering efforts to minimize total cost of ownership

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• 3+ years in sourcing engineering or supplier development
• Expertise in procurement engineering or TCO analysis
• Ability to travel 10% - 40%
• Familiarity with electronics/mechanical design
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Ability to obtain a U.S. TS clearance
