About this role
Kaseya seeks a Solutions Engineer specializing in IT Security and Compliance to serve as the technical expert during the sales process. You'll design multi-layered security architectures, deliver customized product demonstrations, guide compliance strategies, and support post-sale implementations for enterprise security clients.
What you'll do
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and deliver scenario-based product demonstrations aligned with client threat profiles
- Design robust, multi-layered security and compliance frameworks tailored to client environments in partnership with Account Executives
- Serve as subject matter expert across Email Security, Microsoft 365 Defense, SIEM/MDR, and user-based security solutions
- Advise clients on aligning security posture with regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, CMMC)
- Provide post-sale technical consulting for deployment strategies, threat detection configuration, and security optimization
- Collaborate with Product Management to advocate for feature enhancements based on threat intelligence and customer feedback
