About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Site Reliability Engineer for its Cyber division to ensure reliability and deployability of offensive cyber systems in austere, air-gapped environments. You'll own deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and customer relationships while supporting mission-critical operations from concept to fielded capability.
What you'll do
- Own health and uptime of deployed systems in air-gapped, TS/SCI environments with minimal downtime
- Design and maintain CI/CD and automated test infrastructure for complex hardware and software systems
- Automate deployment processes and develop monitoring dashboards, scripts, and debugging tools
- Perform root cause analysis and diagnose issues across software, Lattice OS, and vendor services
- Drive engineering requirements based on onsite customer observations and technical meetings
- Lead continuous improvement through system instrumentation, failure analysis, and post-mortem events

- Linux administration and Kubernetes (or equivalent container orchestration)
- Python or Bash scripting for automation and debugging
- Ability to read and debug compiled languages like Go
- Network fundamentals and troubleshooting in locked-down environments
- CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
- Systems administration or DevOps experience
- Hardware-in-the-loop or software-in-the-loop test automation (preferred)
- Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
