About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Supplier Development Engineer to manage electronics sourcing, component risk mitigation, and supplier relationships for its defense imaging systems. This role bridges engineering, quality, and manufacturing to ensure scalable, compliant PCBA procurement across product lines.

What you'll do

  • Manage electrical BOMs, component risk assessments, and alternate sourcing strategies across imaging product lines
  • Identify and mitigate supply-chain lead-time and sourcing risks for PCBA components
  • Conduct supplier selection, maintain approved supplier lists, and scale electronics sourcing as products reach full production
  • Resolve technical inquiries with suppliers and coordinate with design engineering when needed
  • Ensure AS9100 compliance for all production electronics builds in collaboration with quality teams
  • Release and manage technical data packages within PLM and ERP systems for manufacturing
