About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Product Sustainment Electrical Engineer to manage production reliability for Intelligence Systems in Santa Ana, California. - Triage product failures from production and field operations, prioritizing by severity and population impact
- Conduct root cause investigations at the electrical component and PCB fabrication level, implementing corrective actions
- Collect, manage, and analyze failure data to identify trends and quantify population-level impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Operations to maintain build schedules
- Surface issues that threaten production timelines and develop lasting solutions
- Sustain fielded systems through design and process improvements
