About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a System Integration and Test Engineer to lead assembly, integration, and testing of aerospace and defense hardware, including ground support equipment and space systems. You'll manage test campaigns, drive quality assurance, and solve manufacturing challenges in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with space-grade standards.

What you'll do

  • Lead system integration and test campaigns, developing test plans, procedures, and schedules with coordinated resources and facilities
  • Conduct test readiness reviews (TRRs) and participate in manufacturing readiness reviews (MRRs) for flight hardware
  • Perform hands-on hardware and software testing at unit and system levels, including environmental testing
  • Execute root cause analyses and corrective actions for non-conformances and anomalies
  • Develop and improve manufacturing, assembly, and integration processes compliant with space-grade standards
  • Specify, procure, and maintain assembly tools, fixtures, and test equipment; coordinate across supply chain and engineering teams
