About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer to lead technical strategy and execution for autonomous air defense systems in Irvine, CA. You'll own critical subsystems like GPS timing synchronization and multi-sensor fusion, serve as the technical liaison to external clients, and drive product development through cross-functional collaboration and operational feedback.
What you'll do
- Design and implement time synchronization and navigation accuracy solutions across networked autonomous vehicles using GPS and multi-sensor fusion
- Develop interface specifications and coordinate with external manufacturing partners on system integration
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients, translating their operational needs into engineering requirements and roadmap priorities
- Drive technical execution of Air Defense programs from conception through delivery, managing blockers and sprint planning
- Translate strategic business goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones and resource allocation
- Enable cross-team collaboration across hardware, software, test, and field operations to accelerate program delivery
