About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead Electronic Warfare system development across ESM, EA, and ECM domains. You'll manage the full product lifecycle from concept through deployment, working with embedded devices and Software Defined Radios while coordinating cross-functional teams through critical design reviews.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and test Electronic Support Measures and Electronic Attack/Counter Measures systems for ground and aerial platforms
- Create system requirements, maintain traceability matrices, and conduct verification and validation across multiple counter-measure domains
- Lead program teams through systems engineering reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and own associated contract deliverables
- Coordinate across engineering disciplines to ensure requirements and designs are properly defined, implemented, and validated
- Write technical documentation including white papers, proposals, trade studies, test plans, and test reports
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing individual execution with collaborative teamwork
