Technical Field Operations Engineer

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Field Operations Engineer to deploy and support advanced imaging defense systems worldwide. You'll serve as a customer-facing technical expert, bridging engineering and military operations to ensure successful product deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization in the field.

What you'll do

• Deploy and support Anduril imaging products with Department of Defense customers in operational environments
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues in real-time, driving resolution in unstructured situations
• Develop training materials, technical documentation, and pre-deployment site surveys for customer operations
• Configure systems, manage integrations with customer infrastructure, and ensure high availability of imaging platforms
• Coordinate across functional teams to manage operational plans, logistics, and cross-functional projects
• Communicate field issue status and technical recommendations to both internal engineering and customer teams
