About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support advanced imaging systems for military customers. You'll serve as a subject matter expert bridging engineering and field operations, managing system integration, customer training, troubleshooting, and cross-functional project coordination in dynamic operational environments.
What you'll do
- Deploy and support imaging systems directly with Department of War customers, ensuring optimal performance and integration
- Develop training materials, pre-deployment site surveys, and technical documentation for customers and internal teams
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured field environments and drive them to resolution
- Manage system configuration, setup, and pre-deployment integration with customer infrastructure
- Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams, and coordinate cross-functional project initiatives
- Author user training documentation and provide hands-on operational guidance to end users
