About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support air defense systems for military customers worldwide. You'll troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues in the field, lead training and user support, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive continuous product improvement.
What you'll do
- Deploy and maintain air defense systems in the field, providing technical support and operator training to military customers
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured environments
- Conduct root-cause analyses and post-incident reviews; implement preventive measures
- Maintain system availability and performance; manage hardware and software support plans
- Advise account managers on operational structuring and communicate product refinement recommendations to engineering
- Develop operational and logistical plans for events; maintain comprehensive technical documentation
