About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support air defense systems worldwide. You'll handle field maintenance, troubleshooting of hardware/software/networking issues, customer training, and incident response for military projects, with significant travel to remote locations.
What you'll do
- Deploy and maintain air defense systems in the field, including tower climbing for sensor installation and repair
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured operational environments
- Provide customer training, field support, and technical guidance to military personnel and account teams
- Conduct root-cause analyses and post-incident reviews for defense systems; implement preventive measures
- Develop and execute operational and logistical plans for deployments and events
- Maintain documentation, support plans, and ensure system availability and performance
