About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an experienced maritime test engineer to lead developmental testing of autonomous systems, overseeing full-lifecycle test planning, execution, and reporting for advanced defense technology products. What you'll do
- Plan and execute full system-level testing of hardware and software with emphasis on rapid design maturation
- Lead shore and sea-based test operations, manage test teams, and direct field operations activities
- Establish test requirements, schedules, milestones, and gates in collaboration with program management and engineering leads
- Oversee subsystem integration including sensors, communications, and autonomy software into complete products
- Conduct root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvement initiatives based on test results
- Manage test documentation, data collection, and analysis throughout development and qualification cycles
