About this role
Join Intrinsic's Data Infrastructure team to design and build scalable systems that collect, process, and manage robotics data at scale. You'll develop distributed ingestion pipelines, debugging tools, and telemetry infrastructure that powers AI-driven industrial robotics, working across cloud platforms and Kubernetes-based services.
What you'll do
- Design and develop scalable infrastructure for collecting, processing, and storing large volumes of robotics sensor data and telemetry
- Build developer tools and debugging systems for robotics applications
- Create telemetry pipelines and services to monitor and validate real-time robot operations
- Implement data security, privacy, and compliance best practices across infrastructure
- Collaborate with customers, product managers, and researchers to customize data pipelines for analysis
- Maintain and evolve distributed systems that interface with robotics runtimes

- Production-level C++, Go, or advanced Python (concurrency, performance optimization, architecture)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their data services
- Distributed systems design and architecture
- Docker and Kubernetes containerization
- Data governance and compliance practices
- Software engineering fundamentals (4+ years experience)
- Systems thinking and performance optimization
- Robotics systems familiarity
