About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer Co-op to support complex defense technology programs across hardware and software integration. You'll own scoped projects including trade studies, requirements decomposition, design reviews, and test planning while learning how systems engineering spans proposal through delivery phases.
What you'll do
- Execute end-to-end scoped projects with mentor guidance, such as trade studies balancing risk, cost, and performance
- Decompose complex system requirements into executable sub-requirements and validate against existing designs
- Prepare technical materials and support design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) for defined subsystems
- Develop qualification and acceptance test requirements and pass/fail criteria in coordination with vendors
- Support cross-disciplinary integration of subsystems across mechanical, software, and other engineering domains
- Develop technical briefings and status updates communicating program progress to stakeholders
