About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Test & Evaluation Engineer co-op for Winter 2027 to participate in developmental and production testing of autonomous defense systems, including flight testing, subsystem validation, and ground operations across multiple platforms. You'll work hands-on with cutting-edge military technology in a fast-paced environment while supporting the full lifecycle of test and evaluation activities.
What you'll do
- Participate in developmental, subsystem, ground, and flight testing in fast-paced environments
- Plan and execute test & evaluation activities for hardware and software systems, including simulation and initial issue investigation
- Track test issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize resolution efforts
- Analyze test results, identify performance trends, and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct testing at private and government-owned test ranges with emphasis on safety compliance
- Collaborate with software, hardware engineers, and product managers to improve test processes
