About this role
Design and deploy audiovisual systems across Anthropic's global office portfolio, from initial architecture through commissioning. Lead AV infrastructure buildouts for new offices and expansions while establishing scalable standards that support seamless collaboration for research teams.
What you'll do
- Architect AV solutions for new office builds, expansions, and retrofits globally, including design documentation and schematics
- Program and commission control systems using Q-Sys and similar platforms to meet specific use cases
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to integrate AV requirements into office buildouts
- Test and deploy emerging AV technologies to enhance productivity and user experience across spaces
- Partner with Security and IT to ensure systems meet enterprise requirements and develop automation to reduce operational overhead
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee global AV operations, and provide technical documentation and support
